When you send an enquiry we may collect:

- who you are, the property, the look, and how we can help
- if you call, text or WhatsApp the studio, the number you use and the substance of that conversation
Why we collect it
We use these details to reply, plan a visit or a studio conversation, and keep a record of what you asked for. We do not sell personal information.
Who helps us
Trusted providers help us run the website, send email, and receive genuine enquiries. They see only what is needed for that work, and some of it may be processed outside Australia.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as we need them to respond and to run the studio, then deleted or archived in a limited form.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to make a complaint, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond in a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
