Who we are
We are a property-staging studio based in New South Wales, Australia. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we may collect:
- your name, email, and optional phone and note
- the look, rooms, request and timeframe you select
- a security check from Cloudflare Turnstile, and the IP address used for that check
The site also stores a theme choice and a short intro flag on your device. See the cookie note.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to reply, plan a visit or a studio conversation, and keep a record of what you asked for. We do not sell personal information.
Who helps us
Email is sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Those providers may process data outside Australia under their own terms. We only share what is needed to run the studio site and answer you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as we need them to respond and to run the studio, then deleted or archived in a limited form.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to make a complaint, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond in a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Law
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. This policy is governed by the law of New South Wales.

If this note changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
